This is one of those magical moment when the painting creates itself, without asking for permission to the artist. I wanted to paint this young man, a doctor with a mild behavioural disorder, and suddenly colours, green especially, appeared on the canvas, in his clothes, skin complexion, and background. I was simply the medium through which the portrait was made.
